If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us immediately so that we can correct the problem.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We cannot offer return shipping labels unless it is a qualified quality control issue.

  • If your return of tea has been opened, we are happy to issue a store credit.

  • Please e-mail us photos of quality defects along with your order number so that we may determine if a return is required (ie. Broken or defective, etc.)

  • If you are returning a non-food item, it must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund. *Some quality exceptions apply.

  • If you received your item as a gift, we would be happy to give you store credit to use toward a future order once you've returned your gift.

  • For a faster return process, please include a copy of your packing slip with a note stating why it was returned and if you want a replacement or credit.

Please include a copy of your packing slip, order confirmation, or a note with your name, address, phone number, the order number, and reason for the return in the package.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to our company because the address was entered incorrectly or the package was unclaimed, we will gladly reship the package. There will be a $8.99 reshipment fee.

If the package is refused by the recipient there will be a $7.00 restocking fee subtracted from the refund amount.
